Want to get away from it all, chill out and do some camping? Check out our farm. We have spacious, relaxing camping with views overlooking our animal grazing paddocks on our small holding. Joe and Vikki have made it their mission to ensure all guests have a seriously chilled time: you won’t find any other guests on site, we take only one party at a time, in a single tent sleeping up to four adults, giving you a unique private experience.
Fires are encouraged: a pit, kindling and logs are provided on arrival, if more is needed we can deliver at an extra charge. (Please don't bring your own wood, as we need to know what's being burnt on site.)
During your stay you have private access to a clean mains flushing toilet in one of our outbuildings and your tent has electricity supply and an outdoor cold running water sink.
We are situated on the edge of the North York Moors National Park with fantastic walks, scenery and wildlife available from our doorstep. There's horse riding available nearby and we are less than two miles from Pickering where the North Yorkshire Moors Railway iconic steam trains can be caught for an unforgettable experience. Scarborough and Whitby are within an easy drive for some of Yorkshire's best coastal scenery. Flamingo Land is also just a couple of miles from our doorstep.
We regret we are unfortunately unable to accept dogs due to the proximity of our animals.

Meet the residents for £8 per person
We have a collection of reptiles and can arrange for you to have an encounter with some of our snakes and lizards in our farmhouse conservatory at a time to suit you. Please ask us about availability at the time of booking.
Alpaca & Llama Walks: £20 per person, or £30 for two people sharing one alpaca
You will walk one of our lovely boys, each with their own character, around our paddocks and learn a bit about them. Alpaca walks take place most Saturday and Sunday mornings. Children must be over 8 years old for insurance purposes.

Continental breakfast is £8 per person, supplied by local bakery, delivered by us to your tent
Including pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, butter, jam, marmalade, cereal, and milk.
Additional logs are available during your stay for £8 per net
Please note, camping will end after 5th October as our Belle Tent will be packed away for winter; camping bookings will commence from April 2026
Please note:
We have a maximum two-night stay.
We are unable to accept dogs due to the proximity of our animals.
All bookings must be fully paid in order to reserve the date.
We do not currently offer shower facilities.
Optional extras must be added at the time of booking the tent to guarantee availability.
Due to the nature of our farm and the variety of animals we have, we are unable to recommend you stay with us if you suffer from animal allergies.
This is a farm with some uneven terrain, and the tent opening has a small lip to step over, if you have reduced mobility, please take this into account when booking.
